बॉलीवुड के मशहूर एक्टर राजपाल यादव पिछले कुछ दिनों से चर्चा में हैं, लेकिन इस बार वजह अच्छी नहीं है. इस महीने की शुरुआत में दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने चेक बाउंस मामले में उनकी सजा पर रोक लगाने की समय-सीमा बढ़ाने से इनकार कर दिया. इसके बाद राजपाल ने 5 फरवरी, गुरुवार को तिहाड़ जेल में सरेंडर कर दिया. उन्हें करीब 9 करोड़ रुपये चुकाने हैं.सलमान खान, अजय देवगन और सोनू सूद जैसे सितारे उनके समर्थन में आगे आए हैं. बावजूद इसके राजपाल 16 फरवरी, सोमवार तक जेल में रहेंगे. उसी दिन हाई कोर्ट में मामले की दोबारा सुनवाई होगी.इस बीच उनकी पत्नी राधा यादव ने मामले और राजपाल की सेहत को लेकर जानकारी दी. उन्होंने उन अफवाहों को गलत बताया, जिनमें कहा जा रहा था कि राजपाल जेल से रिहा हो चुके हैं. राधा ने साफ कहा कि वह अभी जेल में ही हैं और जब तक उन्हें जमानत नहीं मिलती, वहीं रहेंगे.


Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav has surrendered at Tihar Jail after the Delhi High Court refused to extend the suspension of his sentence in a cheque bounce case. The actor reportedly has dues of nearly ₹9 crore. His wife, Radha Yadav, has dismissed rumors of his release, confirming that he remains in jail until he is granted bail. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for February 16, when the court will reconsider the matter.
