The pros:
Suitable for lighting for both photography/video (I am not sure if video professionals would agree with me about that, but this is how I worked in the past couple of months and for me, it was more than enough).
Affordable price – This is a great addition to your studio equipment because it's always good to have one.
You can control up to 2 bulbs at the same time.
You can make many modifications with this adapter because every type of E27 light bulb (up to 200W) will fit it (daylight or tungsten color).
The adapter is designated to fit softboxes/tripods/crossbars etc.

The cons:
I didn’t manage to set it with the softbox with the front-facing to the outside, this I am not sure if I was using it properly or there was another problem with it (if you know the answer to that please let me know!).
E27 light bulbs are considered "old" solution compared to LED's.
Softboxes takes a lot of space, especially if you have a small space to shoot videos indoors (this is just another justification I give to prefer LED's).

A: You can use it light bulbs up to 200W & a Max. for a total of 4 bulbs will be 800W.
