How to make CUP NOODLES more TASTY?
INGREDIENTS + STEP BY STEP:
IN A CUP;
soy sauce - 1 tsp.
salt - a pinch.
kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp.
pepper powder - a pinch.
Corn flour - 1 tbsp.
egg - 1.
[Mix all together].
Chicken [no bones] - 150 gm.
NOTE 1 : Fry chicken till golden.
Oil - [enough for frying ].
IN ANOTHER BOWL;
eggs - 2.
spring onions - 1 tbsp.
capsicum - 1 tbsp.
salt - a pinch.
pepper - a pinch.
Mix evenly.
NOTE 2: Fry the eggs after taking out the fried chicken.
Meanwhile ;
1 CUP - CHICKEN WAI WAI.
1 CUP - CHILLI MAGGI.
NOTE 3: POUR HOT WATER IN BOTH CUPS TILL WATER MARK AND COVER BACK.
IN A BOWL;
-add extra maggi masala, pinch of salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, ketchup 1 tbsp, water 1 tbsp.
-mix evenly.
NOTE 4: BOWL WILL GO TO WOK AFTER NOODLES.
BACK TO THE WOK/PAN;
-add chopped carrot 1 tbsp, green chilli, onion.
-fry slight.
-add Note 3 and fry 10 seconds.
-add NOTE1, NOTE 2 & NOTE 4.
-SPRINKLE sping onion for extra crunch and sukoon :)
