Pesterzsébet: Budapest's Secret Bathhouse

Описание: In this episode we venture down the riverside in Pesterzsébet aka District XX. This neighborhood is often overlooked, but it has really one of the nicest and most relaxing stretches of Danube shore in the whole city. Thanks to a massive renovation in 2018, there is now a wonderfully rebuilt bathhouse and a gorgeous wooden pathway with great views of adjacent Csepel Island. I know I didn't get to see all of District XX, but this little taste certainly has me eager to venture further inland and check out some of the deeper sights and sounds of PE. But that is the beauty of these explorations: the more I see, the more I realize there is to discover. Ezt a környéket gyakran figyelmen kívül hagyják, de valóban itt van a Duna-part egyik legszebb és most pihentető szakasza az egész városban. A 2018-as nagyszabású felújításnak köszönhetően most egy csodálatosan felújított fürdőház és egy pompás faút található, ahonnan nagyszerű kilátás nyílik a szomszédos Csepel-szigetre. Tudom, hogy nem láthattam mindezt a XX. kerületben, de ez a kis ízelítő minden bizonnyal arra késztet, hogy beljebb merészkedjek, és megnézzem a testnevelés mélyebb látnivalóit és hangjait. De ez a szépsége ezeknek a felfedezéseknek: minél többet látok, annál több felfedeznivalóm van.
