The KwaNdebele people's resistance against the apartheid homeland system, has been captured in a new book titled 'KwaNdebele 1986 Independence Resistance'. It documents a period of conflict and bloodshed in which more than 160 people are both for and against independence have lost their lives. The authors say the book seeks to shed light on a history that has long been under reported.
