Fallout 76 - Where to buy serum plans (mutations)

Описание: If you want mutations, but also the ability to make them, then you need serum plans.

You have to finish the mission from the main story: 'I am become death" to get acces to the area where you can buy serum plans.

This area is at Whitespring

Until you save up to buy the plans, you can buy serums (mutations) from most players in their vendor and then try them out.

Remember... The higher the charisma, the lower the price (mutation plan's)

With a charisma on +24 i can get the price down to 17570 caps, in this video it's 19000
