Hi guys, In this video I am installing a smoothboost boost controller onto my Magnuson supercharged Jeep JK.

So since I installed my Magnuson I have found the boost to come on quite violently and not till I am really high in the rev range and deep into the throttle. I basically dont get much use out of the supercharger unless I am really giving it the beans and it just makes the driving experience quite jerky.

So a bit of researching and I stumbled across the smoothboost.
Basically it gets rid of the stock vacuum operated bypass valve and replaces it with a throttle modulating controller to smooth out the boost delivery.

Spoiler alert...
I have it installed and have had it on the dyno. Boost is now extremely smooth and is delivered at around 1000rpm earlier, the Jeep is just a joy to drive now!
