this is now the 3rd part of my "Step by Step Rouladen" video !
we have made the "Rotkohl " now we need the "Kartoffel Klöse" = Potsto dumplings .diffetent region are using different ingredients.I am from the North /Berlin and we are using :
for 2 persons =
thumb of rules :
1x raw and 1x peel on, cooked potato per person all same size ( makes about 2 big potato dumplings )
about 1 tsp salt
about 1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2-1 cup flower ( if you are using the saved natural starches from the potato squeezed out water , you need less flower )
1/4 cup "Petra silie" = parsley
( you can also add some :
onion for more taste or bacon . try not to use more than 1/2 cup of it . it could become way to overpowering )
