The incident occurred in March 2003, when Islamist militants from Lashkar-e-Taiba murdered Kashmiri Pandits. "We started asking for the reopening of these files when the 1984 Sikh Massacre files were reopened. What happened at Nadimarg was not a crime but a sin against humanity", says Charu Pragya. "Every party, every PM is culpable. This was a planned genocide, in which the entire political class and entire leadership are culpable.
