In Osaka’s ramen-saturated Fukushima district, I took on three heavy-hitting ramen shops in one afternoon - and it nearly knocked me out.
Here’s the lineup:
1️⃣ Mitsuboshi Seimenjo – Smooth chicken & pork ramen, plus tsukemen with added fish
2️⃣ Jinsei Jet – An Osaka icon serving gritty, in-your-face chicken ramen.
3️⃣ Kozou – Pure pork and water, intensely rich and gritty. This is the one that finished me.
