Black Mesa Blue Shift, 🚨siren can be heard in Chapter 1: Living Quarters Outbound during the tram ride early in the game, aside from tram ride, there are also few of these similar sirens can be heard at the corridors in Chapter 3: Duty Calls and at the gate in Chapter 4: Captive Freight.
The Easter Egg "The donut guru was here!" and the image of derp-looking cat can be found in Chapter 2: Insecurity, in one of the server rooms.
The wall with "Achieved with SORSE" can be found in Chapter 3: Duty Calls but also found in some parts of other chapters.
