Legos always bring me back to my childhood. Those happy feelings and memories are incredibly palpable, when I look at images of the old catalogs, or crack open the plastic bin in my attic. The moments are so close, yet unreachable— and I'm left with this feeling of loss. A feeling that something wonderful has vanished, and only the echo is left. This album is an expression of those moments.
