Season 3, Episode 6: Gordon travel to a `high end' husband and wife run Bistro in Lighthouse Point, Florida. Stubborn Scottish dictatorial chef and owner Andy has cooked for celebrated chefs in the past, but since opening Le Bistro has lost his passion for cooking and doesn't listen to anyone. With customers grading his food 3/10, and Andy not responding well to criticism, can Gordon get him to listen?

Season 3, Episode 7: Chef Ramsay tries to help two inexperienced restaurant owners who run an Italian eatery called Casa Roma in Lancaster, Calif.
