Описание: Making brass fitting using Sandvik and Sumitomo inserts and a HSS cnc stub drill. Making the part one way, shows the lathe turret, the other way is a close up of the machining. Microscope shots of thread burrs when profiled before and after the thread is cut. The difference is surprising. Drill feeds and speeds chart for standard HSS Jobber drills. If anyone can direct me to a similar chart for CNC stub drills I would appreciate it if you would leave it in a comment. I have never been able to find anything.
