We invite Rajan Chettiar, a Singaporean Family Lawyer, to discuss why he decided to demolish this old divorce structure. In 2013, he pioneered a new methodology for divorce in Singapore - Collaborative Law. This method is now a common practice in Singapore thanks to him, and thousands of Singaporeans divorcees have benefited by going through a more peaceful, shorter and more affordable divorce process.
