In this section we will see how to troubleshoot or how to solve the issues in VOS3000 desktop client using CDR. We use CDR reports to find the issues. We go to “Data Query” which we can see on “Menu Bar” click on that and select CDR to troubleshoot the issues.
And the best part is, if you have high call volume and you want to find out issue for a single customer, just “Right Click” on that customer who is facing the problem, go to “CDR” select any which you want, you can troubleshoot it for current day, month, and date with specific time also. This is the easiest method to find issues from CDR for selected customer.
