Bill has wanted to 'do' the Hyden to Norseman Road for sometime now - so this was the time. It is a surprisingly good road, the first 80 or so kms are bitumen but even the gravel part was really good. We did travel on this road in early November, so the conditions may be different at other times of the year. We spent 2 nights at The Breakaways - a fantastic camping area virtually in the middle of nowhere. Two goannas decide to invade our camp area to meet for mating.
