100 Years of Iris: Celebrating Schreiner’s Anniversary

Описание: Schreiner’s Iris Gardens in Salem, Oregon (‪@SchreinersGardens‬) is one of the oldest and most celebrated family-run flower farms left in the United States. Last May, we made the trip south to spend time with the Schreiner family and get a peek behind the scenes of their operation and how it’s evolved over the years.

Today, I’m thrilled to share a wonderful little film that we made in honor of their 100th anniversary. The film also showcases Schreiner’s annual “Bloom Season Event,” which they are so well-known for. From May to June, thousands of visitors make the annual pilgrimage to witness peak bloom time. If you can, I highly recommend making the journey to see the irises in person—it really is a bucket list experience.
