Описание: Foodie Amber最新project The Tavernist，由曾經在世界神廚丹麥餐廳 Noma， 倫敦米其林二星餐廳 Tom Aikens 洗禮任職的廚藝總監 James Sharman 領軍，以台灣在地食材為畫筆，盡情揮灑帶來不矯揉造作，又充滿驚奇的美食饗宴。
被紐約時報The New York Times 譽為『最能定義摩登料理的主廚 』James Sharman融合世界各地蒐集的旅行記憶，從台灣夜市鹹酥雞與韓式海鮮料理的組合，越南漁夫與Noma經典醬汁的撞擊，聖母峰上的烤南瓜，哥本哈根的稻草香烤雞，到最後肯亞的粗獷手工甘蔗豬肉。同時攜手Neri&Hu Design and Research Office打造的浮華台北氛圍，讓The Tavernist成為最浮華驚喜的台北摩登餐廳。用味覺跟著主廚的餐桌，感受這場最驚喜絢麗的美食旅程。

The Tavernist finally opens to public! In order to deliver a true and approachable representation of the surrounding landscape, in the new menu, the team work closely with Taiwan’s organic movement, local farmers and food producer, from the squid tea that was inspired by Taiwanese tea culture, to the pork belly loin that was given as a gift from a local butcher during the unforgettable trip to Tainan. Oh and not to mention the interior was designed by Neri & Hu, modern yet local.
