We are a small meat processor here in the hills & hollers of South-Central Kentucky in a little area called Windsor. Since we began in 2011, our focus has been and continues to be on providing our customers with high-quality meat-processing services and specialty meat products. We also sell our own corn-fed meat hogs, roasting pigs, grass fed beef & grain fed beef.
Custom Meat Processing
Our main line of service is custom meat processing. Primarily, we focus on beef, hogs but also do some sheep & goats. See this video for drop off instructions. If you are coming to pick up an animal we processed for you, consider backing up to this part of the porch for your convenience. Then come to the office for the paper work.
During deer season we majorly focus on deer processing, visit our deer processing page to see all the various venison specialty products we make. We also offer custom butchering for bear, elk & wild hogs.

Retail Meat Sales
In addition to custom processing, we also sell retail meats, including basics such as burger, steaks and roasts. We enjoy crafting bratwursts, bacons, jerkies, sausages, snack sticks, hotdogs, summer sausages, & old-world style dried sausages & salamis. If you are dropping by to pick up some retail meat feel free to park in the very front of the building.
Local Meat
If you are specifically looking for Local Meat but don’t have a farm to raise your own animals. No worries, skip the stress & let us supply you with our locally grown beef, hogs, sheep & goats. We have a great package deal on Whole & Half Corn Fed Hogs, Whole & Half Pastured Hogs, Whole, half & quarter grain fed beef, Whole, half & Quarter Grass fed beef, as well as sheep & even Goats. Free Samples
Bring your appetite, because we enjoy introducing folks to our specialty meats. Especially, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we try our best to have a decent sample selection available. However, bear in mind that we wind down the varieties before closing time to cut down on waste, so don’t plan to come too late if you want the widest variety of our free samples.
