THE WORKOUT:
*Rest 30-60s between sets unless otherwise noted.
UPPER BODY:
1️⃣ 3x12 Plate Raise
2️⃣ 3x12 Press-Outs
3️⃣ 3x10 Floor Press
4️⃣ 3x15 Lateral Raise
5️⃣ 3x10 Bent Rows
6️⃣ ARMS CIRCUIT (3x sets, no rest)
• 10x Curls
• 10x Tricep Extensions
• 10x Drivers
LOWER BODY:
7️⃣ 3x10 Reverse Lunges
8️⃣ 3x10 Goblet Squats
9️⃣ MEGASET (3x sets, no rest)
• 10x Calf Raise
• 10x Step-Ups
• 10x Goblet Squat
• 10x RDL
🔟 CORE CIRCUIT (3x sets, 60s rest)
• 10x Russian Twist
• 10x Plank Pull-Through
• 10x Plate Pass
