An Amazing Visit to Christ Church | St Simons Ga

Описание: Hello everyone. We're finally back after a lengthly time of personal and health issues. Thank you to all of our friends and subscribers for staying with us and for all the kind words you have shared with us. We love you all and appreciate you very much!
We thought we would pick up with a trip to the Island, Saint Simons Island that is, in Coastal Georgia.

We are going to take a look at Christ Church today located on the north end of the Island. This historic landmark dates back to the early 1700s and offers far more history and sites than we had time to film.

From the fine craftsmanship of the woodwork, to the imported stain glass windows, to the massive cemetery and the ornate headstones and markers, there is certainly to discuss!

We are also going to show you the Wesley Memorial just down from the church that is a tribute to John and Charles Wesley, the founders of the Christ Church and were the first missionaries to the Georgia colony.

They also founded and instituted the Methodology that the Methodist Churches use today.

This will be a very interesting trip and we can't wait to share it with you! Let's see what we can find at the Christ Church on beautiful St. Simons Island, GA.
