Welcome team to our first week at Journey Martial Arts!
We are so excited for the "Journey" ahead. These videos are to help you get back into the training spirit while covering some of the new skills we plan to hit this week.
Video 1 covers all of your stretching.
Following your warm-up of jumping jacks, squats, and a 1-minute plank. This should take 4-5 minutes or 5-7 minutes if focusing a bit more on holding each stretch for longer then 10-seconds.
