In this system, rubber bales are transported into the robot’s working area, where the FANUC R-2000iC/125L robot picks up each bale and places it into a box according to a specific pattern. The system features two cells: when one box is filled, the cell is marked as unavailable, and a forklift operator replaces the full box with an empty one. Meanwhile, the robot continues palletizing in the other cell, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
