The rongai male lions reign over 20sq kms of the Masai Mara and defend their territory at all times against nomadic males looking for their own territory to rule. In this sighting a lone nomad was outnumbered but was still able to show the rongai males that he's not a pushover, the rongai males evidently let him go and were not too interested in a fight.
Filmed in Masai Mara with Hemmingways ol seki mara camp and Saruni lodges.
