I had such an incredible experience at the Waldspa Naturhotel Forsthofgut in Salzburg, Austria.
There is an Adults-only building, which offers serene saunas, sports pools with mountain views, and forest-edge whirlpools. I forgot to mention that there is also a stunning Lake House which has an Onsen pool, which creates a powerful sense of balance.
With an endless amount of treatments, be sure to book in advance so you don’t miss out like I did!
