British glam rock band Sweet rose to fame in the 1970’s.
The band achieved huge success in the UK charts during the 1970’s having thirteen top 20 hits, with Block Buster! topping the charts, followed on by big hitters: Hell Raiser, The Ballroom Blitz, Teenage Rampage, Turn It Down and Fox On The Run.
The group achieved success in the US with the top ten hits Little Willy, The Ballroom Blitz, Fox on the Run and Love is Like Oxygen.
Original guitarist Andy Scott is still active with Sweet who have sold over 35 million albums worldwide.
