Principle : Electricity converted into Rotation motion (Through Motor)
Rotation motion converted into Linear Motion (Through Arm)

Working : The work-piece is being hold in vice provided with machine and
blades are hold on the moving arm. Cutting is done by converting
rotation motion of electric motor into linear motion of arm. Arm is
connected through simple connecting rod mounted on a small fly-
wheel which is driven by belt pulley mechanism.
Also there is a coolant pump provided with machine to control the
heat produced during cutting process to maintain the temprature
so to avoid damage to the blade. The blade can be choosen
according the material to be cut.

Application : Usually , hacksaws are used to reduce to diameter of hollow or
solid pipe (any shape and size depending on the machine
capacity) or to cut the access material from the work piece.
