I picked this one up used from eBay, and it's in fantastic shape considering its age. After spending some long and careful time I managed to COMPLETELY disassemble the engine in order to get it thoroughly cleaned because it was very filthy from the carb to the drive plate, and I didn't want to wreck anything pulling that drive plate off.
For the rebuild, I replaced the old stock fuel tank with the oversized red aluminum one available from Cox International, and replaced the carb body with a red K&B aluminum body. The end of the starter spring is now captured in place between the fuel line and needle valve body. Other small parts such as the fuel line and glow head & gasket. The needle valve and valve body have seen better days and will be also replaced with new parts in the near future.
Aside from posting a fun & silly video, I wanted to get a ballpark figure of the run time for the engine, which is well over 5m, and that's great compared to the Pee Wee engine's average urn time.
