2 Phase Church AV Upgrade | Stablizing a Shaky PTZ, Digital to Analog Upgrade

Описание: In this video I’m back at New Vine Baptist Church working with Pastor Smith to continue upgrading their media and sound system.

This is actually a church we’ve helped multiple times over the years. Previously we:

• Built them a custom media computer
• Helped them start live streaming with their existing system
• Installed Starlink internet because high-speed internet wasn’t available in their area
• Installed TVs in the sanctuary and classrooms
• Migrated their system to PTZ cameras

Now it’s time for the next upgrade.

Today we’re replacing their failing analog audio mixer with a Behringer X32 digital mixer, installing new power amplifiers, finishing video distribution to additional TVs, and relocating their PTZ camera mount to solve a vibration issue caused by the balcony structure.

The camera used to shake anytime someone bumped the balcony railing or opened the door. To fix that, I built a custom steel pipe ceiling mount attached directly to the roof joist, isolating the camera from the balcony movement.

We also:

• Ran new Ethernet to the mixer for remote control
• Separated audio zones for livestream, house speakers, and pulpit speakers
• Finished HDMI video distribution to multiple rooms
• Connected the mixer to the network for remote control via computer and tablet

By the end of the day, the church now has a fully modernized audio system, improved livestream audio routing, and a much more stable camera setup.
