Robotic Testing System roboTest L for Notching PEPP Plastics

Описание: The automatic notch milling machine from ZwickRoell is combined with a roboTest L robotic system. To process the plastic specimens, the user fills the specimen magazine and places it on the system's magazine table.

After starting the system, the gripper removes a complete magazine stack and positions it on a separation station. Another gripper removes a single sample and places it in the notch milling machine.

After the notch has been milled into the plastic sample, the gripper places the finished sample back into the magazine. After processing all specimens, the magazine insert can be used by the user without further re-sorting to test the specimens in the notch impact test with another robotic testing system.
