JULY 4TH CELEBRATION

Tennessee Onion Recipe:
3-4 Vidalia sweet onions
4 T. butter
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic powder
½ t. oregano
1 c. Italian blend cheese, shredded
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c. parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
Grease a 9 x 13” baking dish.
Peel the onions and slice, sprinkle seasonings on top, and place a pat of butter on top of each onion pile. Sprinkle cheeses over the top and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot.
