Disclaimer: If you're using polyurethane bushings, you probably dont need to take out the last layer. Make sure to read the given instructions.
Buy yourself a 3/8" Dasco Pro Cold Chisel from home depot if you want to remove the old bushings with ease. While you're there, buy yourself a hacksaw or sawzall and metal cutting blades. There are 3 layers for the bushing. The first doesnt go all the way around. The second one is a thicker one that does go all the way around, and the third one is the one against the actual wall of the subframe. That one is the thinnest one, and folds in on one end, and folds outward over the top of the cylinder on the other end. Of course if you have a press, utilize it. If you dont, then this is probably your next option.
