SWFL Eagles~Hops & Flaps-E26 Hits M15 With Big PS😂-M15 Keeps Right on Feeding-F&M Tuck-In E26

E26 does some flapping but is so crop heavy, the eaglet can hardly stand up. E26 also pulls at a clump of grass the parents brought in earlier. Daddy M arrives to raid the pantry and feed E26. During the feeding, E26 has to use the bathroom and moves away from M15. The eaglet attempts to back up toward the rail but doesn't get far enough back and does one short ps and then a longer, more forceful one which gets M15 on his left side. Daddy M keeps on feeding. The eaglet goes back over to dad. Later when s/he is about to pop, the eaglet will go back over to the rails. M15 will eventually leave the nest (not shown)
F23 is on the nest with E26 at the end of the day. M15 is in the upper branches and will jump down to the nest. Both F23 & M15 spread the straw around and fluff up the nest for E26 to have a soft bed tonight. Sweet Eagle Dreams! Thanks for watching!

This nest is located in North Fort Myers, Florida. They usually lay eggs in November, and eggs typically begin hatching in December. This is the third season with the new female F23, whom M15 chose after longtime mate, Harriet, disappeared in 2022 leaving behind 2 eaglets which M15 successfully raised by himself until they both fledged.
