In our very first Toolbox Tuesdays for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central our VP of Sales (Grant Horvath) and Founder (Ben Cole) do a deep dive into what you can expect to see in the Advanced CRM for BC tool. This is part of an extensive library of tools called the Business Central toolbox.

This includes things like Enhanced Relationship Management, CRM Dashboard, Enhanced Estimates and Quoting, and Marketing Automation. Do more with enhanced Lead, Customer, and Opportunity contact cards and enhanced activity logging for your reps and managers. This also gives you the additional ability to always stay on top of your to dos with our enhanced tasks.

From a dashboarding perspective we have created a Sales Rep and Manager dashboard that keeps you appraised of where you are at individually to your quota and if you are a manager where your team is at.

Finally, some additional enhancements include our sales estimates and quotes to drive more sales as well as some marketing automation out of Business Central to help automate your outreach.
