Did You Know.. There is a disease in our Muslim Community here in Singapore that is not seen by many of us. Statistics have shown that our community dominates the charts when it comes to Drug Abusers, Conviction Rate, Abortion, Divorce and Health Issues. All these statistics are available just a google search away. Nur Insan believes that these issues can be tackled through instilling Islamic Values from young. A study done in 2010 showed that only 40% of Muslims in Singapore are receiving some sort of Islamic Education. The remaining 357362 of Muslims in Singapore are not receiving Islamic Education.

Nur Insan’s main focus is to spread the deen of Islam to the community of Singapore. our efforts range from classes, seminars, courses and events. Nur Insan started with offering chargeable and subsidised education for our students. Among our efforts to help and improve the community, we have revised all our classes to free education, with voluntary contribution. Since we announced our 100% free classes, we have seen a 150% increase in students. Nur Insan now has about 170-200 students learning at our centre ranging from young adults, teenagers and children. We have students from Boon Lay, Jurong West, Tampines and Teck Ghee, proving that this service is needed islandwide, and we aim to bring Nur Insan to the east and west of Singapore in the next 3 years.

Nur Insan sustains is operations through the Donations and Zakat (Wealth) of the Public. Join us in this cause. Help us shape a better Muslim Community. We appeal to the public to join us. Your donations and zakat will be put to good use. May all our donors receive their fair share of reward from all the Ibadah practiced here in Nur Insan.

We are also campaigning to raise $5000.00 a month through 500 Individuals X S$10.00 Monthly VIA GIRO. Interested Individuals can PM us for details. Our volunteers are happy to deliver the forms to you.
