Saraphina Violin is an accomplished violinist with a masters degree in classical violin performance. She started playing violin at the tender age of three and began winning classical competitions soon after. Saraphina began experimenting with electric violin while completing her undergraduate degree in classical violin at the University of Toronto. She immediately fell in love with the versatility of the electric violin and has since begun writing her own pop-inspired violin songs. Saraphina has opened for artists like Usher and Gwen Stefani, and regularly performs for NBA halftime shows. She recently performed the world premiere of a concerto written specifically for her, called the "Saraphina Violin Concerto".
