In this video we're finally fitting, welding and building the CNC plasma cutted parts we've designed in the previous video for the subframe, intercooler, mounting brackets and more....
We're finishing up a half BMW E46 front subframe in order to fit on a Honda Civic ( 6th gen )by modifying it with steel tubes .
Some panel work at the rear,
We're placing the transmission (CD09) and (spare) differential from a Nissan 350Z, by building a steel tube frame and new mounting points.
Making a custom intercooler with a Garrett intercooler core.
Fitting the trailing arm to measure and testfit .
Testfitting the k20 several times for precise measurements .
3D scanning, preview, in the next video we will dive deeper into this part!
