Ingredients:
Tamarind chutney:
50g Tamerind
100g Sugar or Jaggery(gur)
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Mirch powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Black salt
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry ginger powder
1 tbsp Oil
A pinch of Heeng / Asafoetida
1.5 cup Water
Hari Chatni Recipe:
1 cup or 100g Coriander leaves
1/2 cup or 50g Mint leaves
3 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
3-4 Garlic cloves
1/4 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt to taste
