Drill No 1 Building Your Swing So You FEEL the Change in and out of PlaneSWING!

Описание: We all want to get stuck in straight away. I get that. But it's really important that you take your time and use PlaneSWING how it's intended, which is to enable you to feel the positions through motion so that you'll understand how the body works in relation to the golf swing and be able to take that movement to the course.

Grip lightly and work the big muscles (shoulders and core) as you build the swing. We are looking to feel sequencing. This can only be down with the shoulders and arms working together. Patience is key!
