Описание: Here is a video of me operating Shelby and Southern No. 3 on the Shelby and Southern Steam Railroad at the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum. No. 3 is a 24 inch gauge propane fired steam locomotive built by Crown Metal Products in 1975. The locomotive and it’s accompanying cars were built for and operated at the Birmingham Zoo from 1975-2000. It was acquired by the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum in 2001 and ran regularly there up until 2012. About 9 months ago, the locomotive began undergoing an overhaul and is back and operational again for the first time in in nearly a decade.
