Recipe #1
🥥 Coconut 🌴 Protein Ice Cream & Candies
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas 🍌
• 2 scoops of protein powder (coconut flavor) 💪
Steps:
1. Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
2. Add protein powder and mix well.
3. Transfer to molds (or any container) and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Cover with homemade chocolate (optional but so good!). 🍫
5. Enjoy as ice cream, candies, or even protein bars!
Yield:
• 4 small ice creams + 3 mini candies.
Protein content (approx.):
Each scoop of protein = ~25 g protein → total 50 g.
So:
• Each ice cream = about 10 g protein 💪
• Each candy = about 4g protein

Recipe #2 – Caramel Chocolate Protein Ice Cream & Candies
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas 🍌
• 2 scoops of protein powder (caramel flavor) 💪
• ½ cup of cocoa powder 🍫
Steps:
1. Mash the bananas with a fork.
2. Add protein powder and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth.
3. Fill your molds or any small containers.
4. Freeze for at least 4–5 hours.
5. Cover with homemade chocolate if you like an extra crunchy layer! ✨
Yield:
• 3 ice creams 🍦
• 6 chocolate bars 🍫
• 3 candies 🍬

🍫 Homemade Chocolate Recipe
Mix cocoa butter and cocoa mass (or cocoa paste) in equal parts — one to one.
Use the amount you need. In my case, because I made a lot of ice cream in this video, I used 80 g of cocoa mass and 80 g of cocoa butter.
Heat it in the microwave, stopping every few seconds to stir.
It takes about one minute in total, depending on how much you make — the more chocolate you have, the longer it takes to melt.
You don’t need to add any sweetener, because it’s already sweet enough with the ice cream.
You can also add nuts, coconut flakes, or anything you like — it’s totally up to you! 💖
