Anthropic has launched Claude for Small Business as part of Claude Cowork, giving small business owners, founders, freelancers and operators a way to connect Claude to the tools they already use — including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, QuickBooks, PayPal, Canva and Docusign.

Instead of just using Claude as a chatbot, Claude for Small Business is designed to help with real business workflows like sales follow-ups, invoice chasing, CRM updates, marketing campaigns, cash flow summaries, customer support, contract reviews and monthly reporting.
