INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
50g (0.25 cup) sugar
100g (0,45 cup) butter
200ml (0.85 cup) water
150g (1.2 cup) flour (all purpose)
1 egg
Oil
Sugar
METHOD
Put sugar, butter in a saucepan over low heat, add water and bring to a boil. Add flour and boil the dough. Remove from heat. Add the egg to the dough and mix.
Cut the banana into 2 parts and stick a wooden stick into it. Using a pastry bag, spread the dough around the banana. Deep-fried. Dip in sugar.
