6/2/16 UPDATE: Christine refunded me $7 for the shipping cost. Evidently she usually was charging extra and refunding the difference and did not refund mine. I didn't know that this was her plan, so I didn't check about a forthcoming refund. Thanks Christine! And I'm using one of the cute fox liners today!
