Описание: The simple view of one or the other of these pictures did me sometimes so much good that I'm hopeful that this collection will do some good to others.

In presenting these videos, I wanted to share the treasure of inspiration and contemplation that these pictures are for me, to make known these people who touched or impressed me and pay them a little tribute, and also maybe to question the ideal of a human life.

I choose to present here persons who are deeply engaged in a spiritual process. I willingly believe that some of them have arrived to the summit of their asceticism. Yet I don't consider myself qualified to be the judge and guarantor of their spiritual accomplishment nor of their daily life. Nor do I necessarly agree with (nor understand) all the words and deeds of one or the other.
Moreover I don't consider pictures as proofs of an inner state of spiritual accomplishment.

Nevertheless I cannot deny that something special seems to shine through this collection of pictures.
Is it the reflection of a deep inner life ? Is it charisma or the mastery of occult powers ? Or saintliness, or awakening ? Is it the stripping of the ego ? Is it the establishment in an inner state free from all external influences ? Is it peace of mind ? Or peace of heart ? Or openness of the heart ? Or goodness of the heart ? Unconditional love ? Or the release of the root tension ? Or the sublimation of the vital energy ? Is it the inner union with the eternal being or the vision of God within and without? Is it the result of mystical experiences or the training to compassion and the practice of altruism ? Is it the habit of inner observation and of silence or the contemplation on infinite thoughts ? Or my personal /our collective projection on spiritual people ? Or a blend of some of these aspects ? Or something else ? And where does come from the evocative power peculiar to some of these pictures ?

I would have liked to present photos of people from all traditions and even outside of all creeds, but I didn't cross all of them on my way (like the chamanic) nor always find pictures on Internet (like the Sufis).
You will find however: 1 Shinto, 1 Jew, 1 Anglican, 1 Muslim, 1 Protestant, 1 without confession, 1 hesitant, 2 Orthodox, some Buddhists (Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Tibetan), some Catholics (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Albanian, American, Canadian) and many Hindus (shaktas, shivaists, vishnouists, vedantists, baul, yogis) ; men and women, lay and religious people, celibate, in couple, married, divorced, remarried, with and without children ; from the West, from Africa, from the Middle East, from the East, from the Far East, from the rich and poor classes of society, high and low educated ; with all kinds of convitions and temperaments ; some standing completely away from politic, some not ; some eating cows, others pigs, some drinking alcohol, others smoking tobacco, some vegetarian, others vegan ; some leading caritative activities, some not ; some considering basic morality, some not.

Still these people are hindu in majority. This is due to my personal journey and is not a hindu proselytism attempt. Thousand beings, thousand ways.
