Описание: In this application, a vibratory feeder bowl is used to efficiently orientate plastic baby bottle caps. The process begins with the bulk parts being fed randomly into the bowl from a vibratory hopper. The feeder bowl then singulates and orients the caps so their open cavities facing downwards, making them ready for the next phase in assembly process.
