The Board of Commissioners assembled as a Board of Equalization as provided for in Idaho Code with Commissioner/Chairman Christensen, Commissioner Reed and Commissioner Walker all present. Also present were Assessor Dustin Barron, the County Appraisers who did the appraisals. The following protests were heard and acted upon on this date:
Riverbend Meats, 4609 W 65th S.., Idaho Falls, ID 83402, Parcel Number RP02N36E23483. Value was changed from $129,352,099.00 to $66,900,000.00.
Riverbend Meats, LLC., 4609 W. 65th S. Idaho Falls, ID 83402, filled out a Protest of Valuation on Parcel # PP3RBNDM01. The protest was denied and a copy of the decision as well as the form and instructions for appealing to the state was mailed on July 19, 2023.
