I am not a judge. This analysis was made wIth the help of replays and even slow-motion. So there can be some errors the judges at the competition didn't deduct and also the opposite. On top of that, it is not an "objection" against the judges' decisions. I totally respect their job, their expertise and experience.

About (0:40):
It is unlikely that the judges would have seen the slight leg separation on the back uprise front salto to support from their angle. However, they might have seen a slight pike on the swing up to handstand that is imperceptible from the camera angle we have.

Illia's body deviation on the Chiarlo:
The CoP says:
Elements performed to one bar (Chiarlo, Piasecky, etc) must be executed to a handstand with hands slightly apart. A slight deviation of the shoulders/body is permitted because of the unnatural hand position.
