A Kashmiri Pandit government employee was shot dead by terrorists inside his office in Chadoora area of Budgam district in Kashmir. The incident occurred this afternoon when two terrorists entered Tehsil office in Chadoora and shot Rahul from close range. He was critically injured in the firing and was shot shifted to Srinagar hospital where he succumbed. Watch the video for more details.
